Drinking coffee is a past time that is enjoyed by millions of people from all around the world. Without coffee machines it would not be possible to meet the demands of all these millions of coffee lovers.
A man by the name of Mr. Laurens was the first to invent a coffee machine way back in 1818. The coffee machine that Mr. Laurens created was continually modified over the years and new versions continued to emerge until 1960.
This is when paper filters first began to get used in coffee machines. That one simple little change then started a boom in coffee machine sales. People had always wanted the machine except it took too long to clean and prepare with the old cloth filters.
Coffee makers also modified in their designs as well. In the beginning nobody cared what they looked like just as long as they did their job. But now people wanted them to look nice in their kitchens.
Today s coffee makers come in a wide variety of colors, shapes and sizes so that they can look great with your kitchen. There is also many different brands of coffee makers available to you on the marketplace.
Mr. Coffee has been at the front of the pack in the United States for their coffee makers. This is mainly because the company is always changing and growing, adding new products to meet the needs of the present day consumer.
